Working as a team is one method for students; however, students prefer to study as a teamwork because teamwork is more successful than study individual. There are three advantages to study with a group; students can exchange their ideas, students can improve their knowledge, and students may become cooperative in the future.The first advantage for studying with a group is that students can exchange their ideas. For example, students can ask their partners when they do not understand and they will discuss the ideas together to find the solutions. Moreover, teamwork gives good solutions for students by sharing opinions.Secondly, students can improve their knowledge. when students share other students that may get new words or new things, which can improve their knowledge. Also, students can learn new experiences from each others while they study together. .Third of all, students may become cooperative in the future. For example, students can discover how to make decision as a group and they may learn the responsibility, for there are many activities that are within the teamwork such as research, brainstorming and management discussion. That learn students some skills on the supporting ideas, debate and self-assurance.In conclusion, teamwork is the better way for exchanging the experience and improving their skill and knowledge. Moreover, it help people to become cooperative in their life. As a result, teamwork is best to achieve the goals than self study.
